• Contact details — name, email, phone, and mailing/service address submitted through quote, booking, contact, or vendor forms.
• Home and job details — square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms, pets, access notes, preferred times, and photos you choose to upload.
• Account data — login email, role (client, vendor, employee), two-factor enrollment status, and trusted-device records.
• Membership and billing data — plan, ticket balance, booking history, invoices, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card details.
• Communications — emails, SMS messages, and call records between you and Sierra Fresh, including messages drafted or sent by our AI assistant.
• Site analytics — page views, referrer, UTM parameters, and CTA clicks, collected only if you accept analytics. See our cookies & analytics page.

• Prepare quotes, schedule visits, dispatch cleaners, and optimize daily routes.
• Process membership billing, one-time payments, refunds, and ticket balances.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, weather or scheduling alerts, and service follow-ups.
• Provide customer support and resolve service issues.
• Improve pricing, coverage, and the website experience.
• Prevent fraud, secure accounts, and meet legal or tax obligations.

If you provide a phone number, you may receive service messages about quotes, bookings, and visits. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time or contact us to be removed; opting out of marketing messages does not stop essential service notices about a booking you have scheduled. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and scheduling accuracy where permitted by California law.

With your permission, we may invite you to refer neighbors or friends and to share contacts you choose to import. We also build prospect lists from publicly available property and business information in the areas we serve. You can ask us to remove you from any outreach list at any time, and we honor opt-outs across email, SMS, and mail.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• Employees and vetted, insured vendor partners assigned to your job (name, address, access and scope notes).
• Payment processing, scheduling, email, SMS/voice, mapping, and hosting providers that operate our platform.
• Professional advisors, or authorities when required by law or to protect people and property.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep customer and booking records for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. Analytics events are retained for up to 24 months. Archived records may remain in backups for a limited period before deletion.

Access to customer data is limited by role. Accounts support two-factor authentication, and sensitive integration credentials entered by employees are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a material incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

California residents may request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, and request that we not sell or share personal information (we do not sell it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
