Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel 24+ hours ahead: the ticket returns to your balance.

Within 24 hours: the ticket is forfeited unless we approve an exception.

If we cancel: the ticket returns and we'll reschedule.

Cancel membership: from your portal or by contacting us. Unused tickets follow your plan's rollover and expiration rules at cancellation.
