What happens to tickets I don't use?

Most plans let you roll a limited number of tickets forward. Anything above the rollover cap expires at the end of the billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel online from your client portal.

What if I need to reschedule?

Reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and the ticket returns to your balance. Within 24 hours, the ticket is forfeited unless we approve an exception.

Do you handle deep cleans and move-outs?

Yes — those are quoted separately because they take longer and cover more detail than a standard maintenance visit.

Do you bring supplies?
