Membership Terms

Automatic renewal. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your client portal or by contacting us.

Tickets. Each membership includes a set number of cleaning tickets per month. Each standard maintenance cleaning uses one ticket. Oldest tickets are used first.

Rollover. Unused tickets may roll forward up to your plan's cap. Anything above the cap expires at the end of the billing period.

Deep cleans and move cleans. Quoted separately. May not be eligible for one-ticket pricing.

Surcharges. First-time cleans may require a reset surcharge. Heavy condition homes and pets may carry additional surcharges.
