Tickets are issued when your membership billing cycle renews (monthly or yearly). Each standard maintenance cleaning uses one ticket; oldest tickets are used first.
Rollover is capped by plan. Unused tickets above the cap expire at the end of the billing period.
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and the ticket comes back to your balance. Within 24 hours, the ticket is forfeited unless we approve an exception.
If a payment fails, your membership stays active for a 7-day grace period while we retry the charge. Cancel anytime from your client portal — unused tickets retire when the subscription ends.
