We believe in being transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how your choices control it.
What we track
We use a lightweight, first-party analytics system to understand which pages and actions help Costa Mesa homeowners find the right cleaning plan. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data.
Page views
Which pages you visit, how you arrived (referrer), and any UTM campaign parameters.
CTA clicks
When you click “Get a Quote” or similar buttons so we know which placements are most helpful.
Quote & booking events
Form submissions, Calendly widget interactions, and successful bookings so we can improve the flow.
Anonymous ID
A random ID stored in your browser only if you opt in. It lets us connect events across a single session without identifying you personally.
What we do not track
- No personal names, emails, or phone numbers are sent to analytics unless you explicitly submit them through a form.
- No cross-site tracking or retargeting pixels from ad networks.
- No device fingerprinting beyond a simple random anonymous ID.
- No cookies for marketing or advertising purposes.
How consent affects tracking
Accept analytics
- Page views, CTA clicks, and booking events are recorded.
- An anonymous ID is stored in your browser to connect events during your session.
- UTM parameters are captured so we know which campaigns are helpful.
- Events queued before you decided are sent retroactively.
Essential only
- No analytics events are recorded or stored.
- No anonymous ID is created or stored.
- Any queued events are discarded permanently.
- The site still works normally; only measurement is disabled.
Data storage & retention
Analytics events are stored in our secure database (hosted in the United States) for up to 24 months, after which they are automatically deleted. Raw IP addresses are not stored. All records are tied only to the anonymous ID or your account ID if you are logged in.
Third-party services
- Supabase — hosts our database where analytics events and lead data reside.
- Stripe — processes payments. We never see your full card details.
- Calendly — handles scheduling if you choose to book through the widget.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders) from our domain.
Your rights
